Why Childcare?
I have been a working mother for nearly 10 years in the corporate atmosphere as a manager in customer service, marketing and advertising.  I have been employed by both small businesses and large fortune 500 companies throughout these years.  Although I have appreciated my corporate career, I sincerely miss the days of being home & educating children.  Coupling this with the struggle to find a reliable and trustworthy nanny/childcare provider, I found this to be my new calling.  I was groomed to be a mother by my mother –making sense of why I enjoy it so much!

Coaching Experience
After completing training myself in 1990, I became the instructor for a modeling & finishing program at John Robert Powers / Milwaukee Management for both basic and advanced sessions.   During my college years, I was employed by a number of high schools to train their Pom-pons dance teams.  I was then later employed by Midwest Twisters Gymnastics Academy in Milwaukee during 1991- 93 in which I held the position of Tiny-Tots and Preschool coach, and again in  2004 -05 when I expanded to Pre-team level coaching.  During this same time period, I instructed dance at To The Pointe in Hartland, WI.  Before moving to the Rock County area (2005), I had the fortunate opportunity to participate as my 11 year old daughter’s Girl Scout leader for three full years.

Childcare Philosophy
Every child shall be cared for, nurtured, and guided as is needed for that child to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.  We will provide a loving, warm atmosphere, mirroring that of a child's home where they feel comfortable and confident.  We are prepared to guide, love and discipline in different ways for different children.  Additionally, we will work with young non-speaking children in learning baby-sign language in order to improve overall communication with others.  We intend on working closely with parents to better understand the children, allowing us to guide them in the best possible ways.

Equipment Upgrades
With our new load of clients in 2009, we are hoping to expand our indoor and outdoor equipment, including but not limited to new educational software, craft programs, and a new trampoline.
